What hardware/software does my child need?

A laptop or desktop computer (Windows/Mac/Chromebook) with a working webcam, microphone, and stable internet. All platforms used are web-based and free.

What happens if we miss a session?

We request 24 hours warning. Tutors provide session recordings or can schedule a brief 1:1 catch-up slot before the next day.
